Oh My Aching Back!

As we get older, and nowadays not even that old, we are always taking into account, or getting loud messages from our bodies on how we are feeling physically. I’m sure we can all admit that throughout the day, we get these aches or feel some tightness somewhere and say something like, “my body is getting old”, or “I guess this is what getting older feels like”. For hubby and me, even since we’ve taken up strength training, we realize our recovery takes a little longer and we really need to take more care to avoid injury.

One of the areas in particular for me needing special attention is my back. I’m sure many of you, like me, have experienced things like tightness in the lower back in the mornings (with those loosening rituals before getting out of bed), the occasions where your back just “goes out” and causes pain and limitations, sometimes for days, and the list goes on to include sciatica and piriformis syndrome. Who has tried physical therapy, chiropractic, massages, painkillers and muscle relaxers, etc. only to find no long term, or sometimes even short term, relief? And surgery? Well, that’s just a big fat No for me!

In my research and search for answers, and mind you it’s been extensive, I have found an answer for me and, quite possibly, for you. I realized a long time ago that the conventional medicine route so often doesn’t truly address the causes of our ailments but only addresses symptoms with the same old approaches which is why being proactive is a must. Fortunately I didn’t have to figure out the answer because it was already in existence and for that I am so grateful!

What is it?? It’s called “My Back Pain Coach“! It’s an at-home fix for pack pain. I could not be more excited to share this once I experienced first-hand how it works, and I mean I literally found relief after the first session! I now realize that back pain and tightness doesn’t have to be my life, even if it has been exacerbated by past injury.

I am including in this post a link for you to check out this amazing program if you’d like. It is certainly worth your time to take a look! And with all the money I’ve spent on other treatments, this is an absolute steal! That’s why I wanted to share it because it’s that good. Don’t sleep on this or you’ll continue to wake up with a stiff and achy back!

“My Back Pain Coach”

Continue to live well. To Your Health, E Marie
